The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the bill on page one, by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:
House Bill 2390 -- "A BILL to amend and reenact º19-20-10, º19-20-15, º19-20-16, º19-20-17 and º19-20-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to providing compensation to persons have suffered loss or damage on account of the destruction, loss, or injury by dogs."
